We are a not-for-profit climbing gym, staffed by people who climb. We are almost always after coaches, setters and desk staff who do too.
What the work is
Everybody does a bit of everything.
The desk, the café and the floor
Welcoming people in, making the coffee and keeping an eye on the climbing. We are open seven days a week, so it is evenings and weekends as well as weekdays.
Coaching
Everybody on the team runs instructed sessions. If you do not know how to instruct or coach climbing yet, we teach you.
Route setting
Our own team sets a different part of the wall every Friday, and anybody on the team can join the path towards becoming a route setter.

Tell us what you are good at.
Email team@bouldershack.co.uk and tell us about yourself. A CV and a covering letter is fine. So is anything else that shows us who you are.
If you would need any adjustments at an interview, say so when you write.
You do not have to have worked at a climbing wall before. Being good with people matters more.
