About these conditions

These cover booking sessions, classes and memberships with us, and using this website. They are deliberately short. By booking, you agree to them.

Climbing at the centre

Climbing has risks. Everybody who climbs registers and agrees to our conditions of use before their first session, either at the desk or through the Redpoint portal. Those conditions, not this page, govern climbing at the centre.

Bookings and payments

Bookings, memberships, gift cards and payments are handled on the Redpoint portal at portal.bouldershack.co.uk. That is a separate service with its own terms and privacy policy, and it is where your payment details go. This website never sees them.

Prices

We do our best to keep this site accurate, but prices, opening hours and session details change. The price shown on the portal when you book is the one that applies.

Prices marked "to confirm" on our prices page are exactly that. Ring us and we will give you the live figure.

Memberships

Memberships are monthly, with no joining fee and no minimum term. Freezing one is free.

Under 18s

A parent or guardian must complete the registration for anybody under 18, and must be present at the centre where the supervision rules require it. See the code of conduct.

Liability

Nothing here limits any right you have under UK consumer law, or excludes liability we cannot lawfully exclude. Beyond that, this website is provided as it is, and we are not liable for losses caused by using it or by it being temporarily unavailable.

These conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales.
