- No contract

Free weights, racks, a cable machine, a rower and a bike, in a room of their own at Southampton’s not-for-profit climbing wall. No joining fee, and it stops when you say so.

Why train here
A flat price each month, with no joining fee and no contract. Stop whenever you like.
Open from 7am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, until 10.15pm every weekday, and on Saturdays and Sundays too.
Free parking outside, as long as you register your car at the desk, and showers for afterwards.
What is in it
Dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells and plates, with racks and benches to use them on. A cable machine, a rowing machine and a bike for everything else, and gymnastic rings hanging from the ceiling.
It is a room of its own, away from the walls, with space to warm up properly.

Is it for you?
If you want a pool, a sauna and forty machines, the big gyms do that and we will not pretend otherwise.
If you want weights, a rack, a bench and somewhere friendly to use them, without signing a contract, this is for you.
